Police cite surveillance images in dog attack
The incident would have occurred in Buckhead, Atlanta – where Tyrese – September 18 lives. That day, Harrison Parker Leave his dog Henry in the courtyard, which was kept by an invisible electronic fence. A few minutes later, Parker returned and his 5 -year -old rider Charles Spaniel died. For Parker, it seemed that another animal had attacked his pet. Related documents from the incident, by WSB-TV, said Henry had perforation marks and serious internal bleeding.
“I found my dog dead in my aisle,” said Parker. “Not to hear him around him is just horrible. He was one of the sweetest dogs and making him be murdered is, it’s indescribable.”
Captain Dwyer also confirmed that images of the doorbell of another neighbor show the dogs of Tyrese Gibson near the incident site a few minutes before that. Apparently, the dogs gave themselves in front of a door on the other side of the street before continuing Henry. After killing the small pet, the dogs of Tyrese Gibson moved to another house. Finally, a neighbor called 911 because pets had blocked access to his car. Later, animal control officers escorted her safely after their arrival on the scene.
Gibson has received several warnings on his dog
WSB-TV reports that there have been at least five incidents involving dogs from Tyrese Gibson wandering freely. And they all occurred in the week and a half preceding Henry’s death.
The neighbors had witnessed the alleged observations, and it was even said at the point of sale that the size of the dogs was incredible. “They were each more than 100 pounds”, “ The neighbor would have said.
Pets involved in the attack would be from the Cane Corso breed, which is often used as a watchdog for humans and livestock. The American Kennel Club describes them as “Smart, training … assertive and confident … unparalleled protector.” And the neighbor who described them above is absolutely correct! According to the AKC, Cane Dogs Corso generally weigh more than 100 pounds and seem intimidating with large heads and corrugated muscles in their bodies.
“Corsi is intelligent, faithful, eager to please, versatile and intensely faithful to their humans, but are also affirmed and voluntary, and can end up having an involuntary owner. As with any other large guardian dog, responsible selection and early socialization with people and other dogs are vital, ”says the AKC website.
We do not know if Gibson took care to socialize his Corsi. However, Captain Dwyer told the press that Tyrese had received multiple warnings on pets that wander freely after recent observations.
How does Tyrese react to the fatal attack of dogs?
WSB-TV and CBS News report that local police have executed a search warrant for Tyrese’s home on September 22. When the cops arrived for the first time, Tyrese would have told them that he would return his dogs. Then he would have asked for a few additional days to decide. However, Captain Dwyer would have informed him that they would get a search warrant if he did not comply with surrender. He would have refused to obey and the ministry decided to guarantee the search warrant, plus an arrest warrant against cruelty towards animals, according to CBS. When the cops returned the same evening to execute the two terms, Tyrese Gibson and his dogs had left.
“This is the negligence on his part as an animal owner and owner, letting them walk freely,” said Captain Dwyer on Monday by WSB-TV. “And now they have killed an innocent animal.”
Addressing WSB-TV, Captain Dwyer said that his department had noted an Instagram post that Gibson shared on September 27. He claimed to be on a mental health break in Dubai until November. Now it seems that this is not the case, although it is not in Atlanta.
Following the news of his arrest warrant, Tyrese went to Instagram on Tuesday September 30 to share images of her dogs. In the video, which presented another breed of dog, pets interacted with love with each other and their owner.
Meanwhile, the clip audio came from the “The Breakfast club” of the hosts speaking on the case. A host, Loren Lorosa, said that she had spoken exclusively to the singer, and he denied being “on the run”. Instead, he claimed to visit his family in Los Angeles. He also denied that he went to Dubai and that he had already gone if he had received a date required to do so.
In addition, his legal advisor made a statement on CBS, saying Tyrese “Dives his deepest condolences to the family who lost his beloved dog because of this tragic incident …” The press release also said that Gibson was not at home when the attack occurred and cooperates fully with the authorities.
“By learning this unfortunate accident, Mr. Gibson immediately made the difficult decision to remedy his dogs in a safe and loving environment,” the statement said.
