Review: “The map that leads to you” (2025)

It is directed by Lasse Hallström and broadcasting exclusively on the main video, “The map that leads you” is a young romantic drama that moves on the 2017 JP Monninger novel of the same name. The film is a 27 -year -old Madeleine Clean, a 27 -year -old actress with real talent but still looking for the appropriate movie to show it. Unfortunately, this is not completely, although it is definitely not because of its performance.

Klein plays the role of Heather, a young woman from Texas with the last days of European vacation with her best friends, Kony (Sofia Willie) and Amy (Madison Thompson). While on a train trip during the night to Barcelona, Heather Jack (KJ APA), a New Zealand deprived of his adventure. His great grandfather was a soldier during World War II, he kept a magazine dating his time stationed in Europe. To honor him, Jack travels from one place to another, and visit the sites written by his great grandfather.

The two do not strike it immediately. But after Jack follows the three girls to Barcelona night, Hoather begins to call. After the bounce to a few other sites, Heather ends up to leave her friends and join Jack in Hajj. In Movie Romance Fashion, sparks begin to fly and the two end in love. But on an equal basis with the formula, their relationship strikes an obstacle threatening to bring a fictional romance to a tragic end.

I will not give up the end, but no one will be surprised to the place where the story goes. Unfortunately, the journey there does not amount to largely. There is some decent chemistry between friends and lovers, and picturesque landscapes are beautiful to look at. There is the subject of the film that is lightly treated to find yourself through the prosecutors of old memories and new relationships. But finding this basic meaning is much more difficult than.

Film shows are solid all over, especially from Klein, who presses all the character she can somewhat derived from paper. It is especially good with APA, as you click well on its magic. Klein also has a great relationship with Willie and Tumpson. Unfortunately, two friends of Heather are often unnecessary except for plots. They are mostly there to say things that need to say the story and listen when the story needs Heather to say something.

The final action in one of these annoying and chronic cinematic conflicts that can be resolved with a little communication. It puts the predictive end of the story that leaves the unfortunate Nicholas Sparks taste. But for Hallström credit, it does not have the full Schmaltz, and leaves a little to our imagination. This, in addition to the performance of Klein, is confident and able, helps to make the “map that leads you” is easy to see and digest. Flot now on the Brem video.
